It was a great business especially for a single girl. What’s business been like since “Dancing With the Stars” has come on the scene? Tanya: When it first came on it was huge. We were just swamped with people. But now with the economy it’s just a little rough. We’re still real busy. We barely have to advertise; people are calling all the time especially when the show is airing… How did you meet? Doug: I was taking lessons from a girl in Dayton and trying to do the mambo. In the mambo you break on the two beat. She would always tell me I was out of rhythm. I would say to her I’m in perfect time you’re accenting the one. So anyhow it didn’t work out and a guy told me there’s a girl in Lima who can teach you. We took about three lessons in the mambo then started smooching and two years later we got married.
