The truth is you need at least 24 hours off. If you get tiredthat’s when you fall on the ice. I did though do a dance class with choreographer StaceyDawson. She’s full of excellent tips to make me look more graceful. Iwas rather bull-in-achina-shop before all this started and Stacey’sadvice has been invaluable. I don’t think I’ve ever been so fit although wouldn’t you knowit the weight has come off my boobs. Where’s the justicegirls? The constant exercise tones everything up so you can eat whatyou like as often as you like… I’ve beenlucky enough to join London’s Heart 106. 2 radio station hostingits Feelgood Friday afternoon show. It’s a fantastic break but I’m still learning to “drive” thecontrol desk and need lots of practice so I nip into the radiostudio whenever I’m not on the ice. Learning two things at once is a real challenge but one that Ilove. JANUARY 17Thursday is another Elstree day so I’m up at 6am. This is themain chance to see the other competitors. They’re an eclectic bunch which makes for a good dynamic.
