YMCA Inspires Teens Through Break Dance

Even NY1?s Roger Clark busted some moves while filing the following report. Johnny Figueroa is the center of attention as he shows off break dancing moves at the YMCA in Flushing Queens. “I like the way it works out my body it feels mad good I just have a lot of fun with it” says Figueroa. He is part of the YMCA?s Teen Center program which creates gathering places for young people across the city.

That could prove difficult for Dow however which has promised to add $100 million to the $15 billion Rohm & Haas price tag for every month passed the Jan. Meanwhile Dow is taking PIC to court in an attempt to get some of the promised $2. 5 billion break-up fee. But that could take years. To participate students were required to sign a contract promising to stay away from drugs alcohol gangs and violence.

Although it must be said that Apple CE Steve Jobs has proclaimed quite publicly that despite his break from keynoting for this last gathering he has no intention of relinquishing the reins of Apple while CES staple Bill Gates turned over the CE position at Microsoft to Ballmer almost nine years ago yet continued giving the keynote speech until last year. I’ll start by saying that neither man is as talented a presenter as his predecessor. Phil Schiller the VP of product marketing for Apple is so gee shucks impressed by his own company that he seems like the most wide-eyed of Apple’s own fanboys. Ballmer on the other hand sounds believe it or not even more whiny and awkward than Gates did in his heyday and Ballmer has a famous ability to look crazed and sweaty on stage. This CES keynote was far more restrained than his YouTube hijinks would lead you to expect from him.
